Mindful Intention

A pebble tossed into a still pond creates ripples along the surface that ebb and flow. Life is very much like the pond and our thoughts, words and actions are those pebbles ~ each of us creates ripples that effect not only ourselves, but also all others. We can either be positive pebbles, causing ripples of loving-kindness to spread to the entire pond of humanity, or we can be negative pebbles, creating ripples of fear.


Compassionate Minds is designed to be an interactive medium of positive engagement with others, a “living resource” of tools for learning, growing and living in a compassionate mindset. My intention is to develop a mindful dialogue with others as we learn and grow together on this journey of life as sentient beings.
